These terms govern your use of lastlightarms.com and purchases from Last Light Arms LLC ("we," "us"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & compliance

You must be of legal age for the products you purchase (18+ for rifle and shotgun ammunition, 21+ for handgun ammunition) and must not be prohibited from purchasing or possessing them under federal, state, or local law. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where you live; we enforce destination restrictions at checkout, but the final responsibility for lawful purchase and possession rests with you. We refuse and refund any order we believe cannot be lawfully fulfilled.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and listings may change or contain errors; if we discover a material error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Applicable sales tax is collected as required by law.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; payment is handled by our payment processor.

Product specifications are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Always verify caliber and compatibility with your firearm before use. Improper use of ammunition or firearm accessories can result in injury or death — follow the manufacturer's instructions and standard firearms safety rules at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for misuse, modification, or unlawful use of any product we sell.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
