Age requirements
Federal law requires purchasers of rifle or shotgun ammunition to be at least 18 years of age, and purchasers of handgun ammunition to be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order containing ammunition you certify that you meet the applicable age requirement and that you are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing or possessing ammunition.
Where we ship
We ship ammunition only where direct-to-consumer delivery is permitted. We do not ship ammunition to California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, or to any locality that prohibits direct delivery (including New York City and Chicago). Some jurisdictions impose additional requirements — where a valid permit or license (such as an Illinois FOID card) is required, we cannot fulfill the order without it. Magazine and accessory restrictions are enforced by state: we will not ship magazines exceeding a destination state's capacity limit.
How ammunition ships
Ammunition ships via UPS or FedEx ground service only, in compliance with carrier requirements for cartridges (Limited Quantity). Ammunition cannot ship via USPS, cannot ship by air, and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. An adult signature may be required at delivery. Orders containing both ammunition and accessories may arrive in separate shipments.
Processing times
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. If an item in your order is delayed, we'll contact you before anything ships.
Returns
Ammunition is not returnable once it leaves our custody — no exceptions. This is standard industry practice for safety and liability reasons. If a shipment arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Unopened accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Opened electronics (optics, lights) carry the manufacturer's warranty — we're glad to help you start a warranty claim.
